Throughly disappointed in this business. I was driving my BMW SUV through the wash, when something ripped off my gas cover. The cover was not opened, it stays locked when the car is locked—which it was. When we brought it to the attention of the owners, they denied any wrongdoing. Claimed they “could see on the cameras that the gas door was wore out.” The car is a 2020 with 40k miles on it.
