2 weeks ago, we took my husband's F150 through the wash in Bedford, In. The front Ford emblem was torn off the grill of the truck. The attendant took the information for a report along with our email and phone number. We have yet to hear from them. We do not recommend using this car wash.
Love this place. Taj is very nice and had good costumer service.
My car comes out clean, dryers and other cleaning included. Any problems go into the office and they take care of the problem right away.
