Best carwash vacuums I've ever used.
I thought I had purchased the $30 a month deal a couple months back? But was charged $15 for my last wash. I’m not sure if you read my license plate? No pouch card or membership card was given? I have tried to contact Pendleton Oregon Thoroughbred Car Wash and it just goes to corporate office & no answer? A call back would be great to completely understand more about your membership.
