Thoroughbred is the best car wash in Bedford. Their shift manager Caden was so attentive and so helpful, he deserves a raise! All their staff is so kind and amazing.
Love this business that’s community-minded and values customer service. Loved participating in the Community Trunk or Treat on behalf of the Bedford Rotary Club.
You pull up, it reads your license plate, you drive in, they do it all. When you exit, you have strong vacs, floor mat cleaners, air fresheners, windows cleaners, everything at your finger tips.
The Thoroughbred car wash is an excellent car wash. It’s the only car wash in Indiana that I can get my truck into with my camper shell on. Crew car wash refused to wash my truck because of the brush guard. Thoroughbred can retract areas of the wash to keep their brushes from tangling in my brush guard. Great carwash, but the worst personnel... I just watched the worker 'brush' the tail of the truck in front of me by going through the motions. He literally acted like he was brushing the tailgate and didn't touch it at all. So suds, only motions. At least they have free vaccuums and air guns afterwards...
