Last time I cancelled my membership it was because of the way they have their rinse. I was told they fixed that so I reinstated my membership. The rinse is much better. Except now the soap doesn’t hit the first half of my car. It missed the hood and windshield entirely yesterday and today when I came to get the bird bomb off my door, it missed the hood and only got a little bit of the windshield. Might be worth it to drive to a different location cause this is very annoying.
Something has changed over recent years. Staff always friendly but the automated process leaves car wet and soapy. Very disappointing. Probably going elsewhere
