I've been here a handful of times but I will definitely say today was my best experience. The manager met me at the check in kiosk and totally sold me on a membership. The attendant inside handed me a magnet that had blown off my car so it didn't get lost and then while I was using their vacuums the manager came and helped me when I accidentally sucked up a rag. Overall a super friendly and helpful team.
Tried to operate pay pad. Couldn’t get it past the type of car wash page. Was out there for about 5 minutes. No one came out to help. Gave up and left. Disappointed.
I’ve been a monthly member since this car wash opened in town, and my household actually has two monthly memberships. If I were paying per wash instead of having a membership, I’d be even more disappointed with the quality. On my most recent visit, I noticed they no longer brush the back of my vehicle before it goes through the wash. As a result, the rear of my car still looked dirty when I came out.
