Usually our vehicle is well cleaned. However, today’s (12 Nov 2025) washing was suboptimal. Numerous residues were not removed today and vehicle was not dried properly.
Had 2 cars, first not open as it should, sometimes cloud in sky closed, always broke down, to the air cleaner machine not working , and car wash breaks down alot. Always half the car wash breaks down with one side and they dont manually clean it, so comes out half the car is cleaned constantly breaking down, in summer the whole thing shut down. I've been coming to thoroughbred for a little less than a year. And I've never been disappointed, the vacuums always work and have great suction. They don't miss spots on my vehicle & im overall very impressed with them. The membership is worth it, especially if you have kids!
