It's been a long time since I have been there, as I had previously had clothes done here, when I got them back they were not very clean after I got them home. I have not been back since then, so I can not recommend it to you. It's up to you to take a chance with them. Good luck.
Stopped in the store to ask a simple question and was rudely informed that she couldn't help me. The short haired brunette needs a few lessons in proper customer service. There is a polite way to say no and a rude way! Won't be taking any of my business here!
Do I have to give a start rating on these reviews? For the past 2 years I have had shirts cleaned at Pacific Air Cleaners but they recently closed. I went to this place because it was close to my work, they did a terrible job cleaning. I expressed my displeasure and they said they would have it redone. After going there again the shirts were not any better. I asked for a refund since I would have to pay someone else to do it and they said the owner is the only one authorized.
