It really shouldn’t be normal to wait 3-4 hours to see your Dr every time, even with an appointment
What a wonderful pharmacy that has extended what Henderson's did in giving out passes to the Thorold Pool. The receptionist there was also very friendly.

Dr. Kaufman is a good Dr. But he has a terrible habit of booking 4 appts every 15 min. So he gets way behind in seeing people. It is not unusual to sit in waiting room for 3 to 5 hrs for your appt. My appt was for 11:30 am and at 3pm have not yes seen the doctor. His attitude is that you can always go somewhere else if your not happy. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of choices.
You will be here for 4 hours on average. Even if you have an appointment. Nobody seems to answer the phone. Will be left alone in a room for periods of time without any sort of update.
