I’ve used this business for both personal and commercial jobs, my encounters with the technicians have always been of respect and great quality service. Unfortunately, my 2 star review reflects the communication between myself and front office/secretary. She has proved on several occasions that she is immature and ill equipped to handle strong women personalities. I called Thorogood Electric to come out and fix a few outdoor lights that are chained to a few outlets. Tim came out quickly and went above and beyond what I had asked to make sure everything was working and set up for any future electrical outside. I would 100% recommend Thorogood to anyone that needs electrical, no matter the size.
I kept losing power to parts of my house-mainly the well, furnace, washing machine, and some outlets around the house. It was very perplexing why, and very frustrating not having water. I called Thorogood Electric. Dane sent his electrician Will out the next day. He showed up promptly and listened to the issues I was having. He got his tools and got to work. I have had the absolute pleasure of having services done by staff from Thorogood electric. Everyone has been polite, kind, and most of all efficient in their work. They take pride in the work they do and it shows.
Just had Thorogood Electric LLC upgrade our electric system in our home including 3 new dedicated circuits and an outside circuit for the generator. Dane, the owner, came out to give us a quote for we had no power on half of the first floor. He was matter of fact, made some suggestions and sent the quote out later that same day.
