The only thing that is "thorough" here is this review: I don’t leave 1-star reviews lightly, but my experience with Thoro Clean Cleaning Service in Weirton was deeply disappointing—both in terms of the service itself and the way communication was handled throughout. “Unprofessional Communication, Poor Execution, and Disrespectful Follow-Up” I booked a cleaning as a gift for a dear friend who has been under a lot of stress. I've been using Thoro Clean Cleaning Service twice a month for my home for over 6 months and I'm very pleased with the service. Linda Lashhorn and her staff are courteous, prompt, professional and always willing to accommodate my schedule. Leslie has been cleaning my home for several months and she is the best! She's particularly conscientious and will 1) ask my input on her services and 2) probe to see if there is anything else I need.
