Always a great visit to Thornwood! The staff are so caring and thorough! They take the time to listen and help us make the best decisions in our dogs care! Our girls love them and feel loved and cared for when they come in for a check up! Thank you for taking the best care of Zola and Brie!
Great experience and environment for my dog who is afraid of the vet. Usually my dog shakes in fear and is super anxious.The approach Dr. Grusling and staff took to address my dogs anxiety was perfectly handled. All the staff were terrific. Easy to schedule and to pay your bill. Dr. Grusling and staff were very knowledgeable! The visit couldn’t have gone better!
Lacks professionalism
From the initial phone call to get Ruby in to the phone call from Dr. Denney later in the day every aspect of our visit was excellent. The list of positives would be too long to post. Thank you for a great experience.
