Thorntons have been our family solicitors for as long as I can remember. That's 50 odd years. I have had very pleasant dealings with John McKenzie and then with James Grellman when he became principal. Helen has always been there and it's getting scary to think how long this has been but she's very-much across things. Very unresponsive in relation to a settlement issue where an amount was not adjusted for. The receptionist was evasive and the lawyers involved never replied to my emails.
