I would rate them a zero if I could. My compressor went out on a not even 4 year old unit(the part was under warrenty but had to pay labor and refrigerate), I call them because they are close to my family. They do the work for around 500 dollars which come to find out was a deal, but the work could have been done correctly so that my compressor wouldnt have went out 6 months later. Other company's warrenty their work/labor for 1 year at minimum, some do 2 years. But thorntons only warranties their work for 30 days. I used th... read more
