The only reason I’m giving this location even one star is because it’s new and still clean with working equipment and facilities. The employees here are rude too especially the old lady with a bob hairstyle. I’m pretty sure this place is supposed to be open all hours but this one location closes at night till the morning. This morning around 6am me and several other people were there trying to get gas or purchase things we need for our day before work and they were closed and locked. Not even the pumps worked. Literally the worst Thorntons I have ever been to. First it’s not open 24/7 like they’re supposed to be. They close at night because they “don’t have enough staff” to cover the shift. Second, the staff are all extremely lazy. From never having anything properly stocked like lids, straws, bags for the doughnuts or to not having tongs out to select food items so instead people have to use their hands.
