I normally love Thorntons! My experience with Jenny today was not good at all. I tried explaining that pump 5 was broken, in which she told me I had to leave my card in the card reader longer because it just takes time to register. I understand that logistic, but when the screen says to take the card out, you should be able to take it out. The one guy cashier was super understanding, but Jenny interrupted and basically blamed it on human error.
Very clean store and Good prices on gas!!!
