All the staff were great. I was contacted before the appointment and offered fear free meds for my cat to keep her calm.
Lovely, friendly, caring team! They were brilliant with Bronson - very gentle and thorough. Also really patient with me (his very worried cat-mum), taking the time to answer all my questions, and put my mind at ease.
They have always been very polite very flexible more than accomodating for our pets very urgent app was needed and they went above and beyond to help my pet. Would highly recommend the staff and thornton
All the staff at My Vets are friendly, professional and highly competent. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Do not go here if you have an anxious dog. They will make you feel at fault and flag him in their system if they can’t just charge up and touch your dogs face. They also offer limited advice or help even when moneys no obstacle about behaviour. Other vets will help if you have a stressed/scared animal. Here you will get no help.
