We recently took our puppy Diesel in for his 12-week vaccinations and had such a great experience. Monika, our vet, was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which really put us at ease. The nurses, Sarah and Alia, were also amazing. Easy to get appointments when I call. Smaller practice at Thornton (my preferred site) than Raymond Terrace. Although I have never investigated it I would think charges are in line with other vets in the area. Always clean and tidy. Friendly polite nurses and doctors. They always greet the pups like they are their own pets and fuss over them Examinations/ procedures/tests are all explained so I easily understand what's happening. The Thornton clinic has the most wonderful empathic staff that I have meet anywhere in Australia. Having retired from the Defence Force and having some of my pets from interstate being looked after by the team with great care and love. Best Rob
