Staff are fantastic my concerns are why open at 8 but don't have a vet on till ten . I get that they no that are animals are our world but it's disgusting what companies charge to help our sick animals . Almost forty dollars to check his anal glands and also I walk out of the place four hundred plus for the experience and still do not no what's happened to our dog just try five different things to try to fix it . Surely they charge that much you no what your doing. His just not the same . Rant over
Have been using My Vets Thornton and Raymond Terrace for 10 years plus , have always found the staff and vets to be genuinely caring whatever the situation. Highly recommend.

Very caring took in magpie baby they looked after it
All the staff were great. I was contacted before the appointment and offered fear free meds for my cat to keep her calm.
