My mother in law has been a resident for several years. I feel 100% at ease with the care she has received. The last phase of the golden years is not always ‘golden’. The staff is friendly as they zip from room to room to do their best to satisfy the residents’ needs and wants. It is not unusual to see the administrators helping a resident. The 4.9 review summary has got to be a joke. It's funny how nothing negative get's on here. I seriously doubt this one will appear for long either. My dad has been there for almost 5 years and there has been a lot of less then desirable incidents the first one starting the same week he went in and the most recent occuring this week when he was transported to the ER at KDH and had an overwhelming smell of urine although his bed clothes and bedding were dry.. This is totally unexcuseable.
