Prompt response, great crew and leader professional and friendly. We feel the repair bill was fair. Will refer to neighbors.
I contacted Thornton Plumbing to ask about a repair to an outside shower. Pipes burst during cold weather. I got a quick callback from a plumber who had gone by the house to take a look. He said he could do the repair the next day after acquiring the parts. We never heard back from him or the company. At this point, we're two months out- no word.
