I contacted Stacey Cimmerer back in May 28 of 2026. The Shower unit Thorntons had installed in my new home back in 2020 had developed some cracks in the floor. Stacey went (in my opinion) above and beyond in assisting me with getting a warranty claim filed and the repair made free of charge. The repair was authorized and done by June 4th with no hassle. Prompt response, great crew and leader professional and friendly. We feel the repair bill was fair. Will refer to neighbors.
I contacted Thornton Plumbing to ask about a repair to an outside shower. Pipes burst during cold weather. I got a quick callback from a plumber who had gone by the house to take a look. He said he could do the repair the next day after acquiring the parts. We never heard back from him or the company. At this point, we're two months out- no word.
