We booked an appointment with “the cut” app. Got booked with Darnell. He was friendly, personable, and confident. My son, who was getting the haircut, showed him pictures of what he was wanting. To which he responded confidently, “I got you”. After a full hour in the chair, my son’s hair wasn’t even close to what he was looking for and shown.
