Horrible staff. They do not tell you how much they charge, until you sign a lease. The main so call sales leader name Phillip is a full blown swindler. To him getting you to sign a lease before finding out the total cost--is his end game. Stay away until you have a legal rep. with you who knows sales. They rape your private bank account for high costs that were never explained, like the assisted living costs which are extremely high. The only thing i noticed is that the setting was good. Do not sign anything when you are in ... read more
