Despite registering with this practice in April, due to a house move, I am sorely disappointed. I have had one appointment (urgent) and the GP was rude and lacked empathy, the surgery was cold and unwelcoming. When you call the waiting time for an answer can be in excess of 45 minutes, you can never get an appointment. I will be seeking an alternative.
