Run for your life!!! Worst people you could ever rent from! I'm a single dad who paid his rent she wouldn't fix the air even though there was a small child in the house. Greatful to be out of there. There was also extensive water damage and mold. Over priced rent 950! Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to rent. I repeat Run!!!!!!!!!!!!! # Bully alert tries to scare you out very messy people
Very clean trailer park. Nice upkeep yards, no junk. Back ground check and no criminal back grounds allowed in. Mostly quite and very well located on back side of chealsea. Actually walkable to Walmart, McDonald's, taco bell etc... lightly wooded area with shades and is allowing some RV parking. Very nice, very strictly run, she has no problem confronting problems and tenants. She don't play, she's strict which is very nice at having a peaceful place to live.
Always reliable.
Renting out trailers for$800 a month is far too much for the old pieces for very old tattered trailers!! Ask the skirting is either ripped out or while in them. The inside of the trailer has many things broke in them or do not work.
