If you are considering renting from this company run. Run as fast as you can. I've been renting for years and have never dealt with such a bad company. They are the definition of slum lords. My rail leading into house has been broken since I moved in. I've made multiple request to have it fixed and apparently because it has been marked ”complete” by their maintenance it must mean it is done. Yet it sits untouched and broken.
