I personally had a very bad experience with this company. They installed my entire hvac unit. About 1 year after the install, my condenser had a freon leak. They came out and said the leak was due to the condenser pad not being level and wanted to charge me to correct it and refill the freon, even though it was their technicians who improperly installed it to begin with.
