When all the other companies I called to get my drainfield replaced told me they couldn't help me for weeks, Thorntons came through in record time. They did a great job, and the price was quite fair, and now everything is working flawlessly, can't thank you guys enough!
Fantastic crew. Installed my new septic field fast, on budget and the price was totally reasonable. Chris took time to explain a few things to me along the way and it made great sense. Highly recommend these guys. You can't possibly go wrong.
My family had to replace our entire drain field and septic tank while I was 9 months pregnant and had a 1 year old. Chris ensured we got a fair price, handled all the paperwork, and made sure to have the project completed as quickly as possible (from the quote to finish was no more than 4 weeks with the inspection; the drain field and tanks only took three days including laying new grass seed). Chris and Hilton did a great job replacing our septic tanks and field. He walked us through the whole process, explained things well, and was very responsive. We ran into some trouble with our permitting and where our water line was but we felt great about how Chris handled the situation. He was calm and friendly during the whole process. They also helped us pull out some extra vegetation and shape some of our yard while they were here. I would highly recommend Thornton to anyone who needs septic work or excavation.
