I am quite frustrated with my recent interaction. I purchased a 10 needle embroidery machine from them a few years ago. Had a part on it break so called to have it replaced… all the certified embroidery techs are gone and the lady I primarily dealt with over the phone is also gone. The guy that answered the phone had zero clue what he was talking about when I spoke to him about my machine.

Great place and super friendly. I bought some thread and needles and they called me back within the week to tell me my machine is done. I get my machine fixed here all the time and the tech really knows a lot.

Highly disappointed. I got my sewing machine back with no screw replaced and was basically told no stitches but a straight Stich would work . For over 100$ u should have kept it for parts. What a waste of money. The woman at the register was rude. U definitely wouldn't see me again or have me sending anyone to you for anything !

I took my singer in to get repaired and tuned. I paid over $250 for the work. Finally, I had time to start a sewing project and the bobbin could not fill. I could not do anything. They made the machine useless for $250. I took the machine in and left it there. I bought a new brother for $100. Just so you know, I used that machine to make most of my clothes in high school. I know how to fill a bobbin. They locked the bobbin winder up making the machine totally useless.
