Worst place to ever to deal with, will never buy anything from them again , my package has take over a month to get here and to this day it still isn’t delivered and I live in VA, I’ve been hung up on twice, I’ve called 6 times about my package and all they keep saying is we will send another one, I was told the last time I talked to someone that is would be delivered in 4-7 business days and that’s going on 2 weeks now again
Bought stage 3 chip for 2012 gmc canyon 3.7L I5 crew cab 4x4. Completely stock truck. Chip made truck idle more roughly, almost making it sound like miss firing. Drove 450 miles. Idle did not smooth out & lost 5+ mpg. Got on chat on website. Tech had me do a reset. Drove another 450 miles, rough idle, loss of mpg of 5+ mpg. Removed chip. Truck runs smooth. Will not return after 30 days.. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a good chip. You get what you pay for....
Purchased October 2025. Bought for 2024 Ram 1500. I have put over 2000 miles on the chip. No improvement on fuel economy, none. No improvement on horsepower or throttle response, none. Hasn't worked for me at all. I have reset it, reinstalled it and "given it time to work". Like we've always heard, "if its too good to be true, it probably is". Do your own homework, look at reviews everywhere.
The Thornton Chip Tuning Upgrade is so fun! I have an Audi A4 and the 60HP boost is a dramatic improvement in acceleration. It took less than 2 minutes to install. The instructions are totally clear and easy to follow. I just received my performance analysis kit, so stay tuned for more reviews.
