I purchased one of these useless boxes for my 2014 Ford F150 5.0. Drove 150 Mi reset it multiple times, nothing! Paid $109.00. I get a refund for $9.71 or they say I'm getting a refund I haven't seen anything so far. Return the product in perfect condition, with the original box & with proof of purchase within the 30-day return period. A joke of a company. Don't waste your time or money.

Super friendly staff, got a stage 3 for my a ford Taurus and it did not disappoint!
Worst place to ever to deal with, will never buy anything from them again , my package has take over a month to get here and to this day it still isn’t delivered and I live in VA, I’ve been hung up on twice, I’ve called 6 times about my package and all they keep saying is we will send another one, I was told the last time I talked to someone that is would be delivered in 4-7 business days and that’s going on 2 weeks now again
Bought stage 3 chip for 2012 gmc canyon 3.7L I5 crew cab 4x4. Completely stock truck. Chip made truck idle more roughly, almost making it sound like miss firing. Drove 450 miles. Idle did not smooth out & lost 5+ mpg. Got on chat on website. Tech had me do a reset. Drove another 450 miles, rough idle, loss of mpg of 5+ mpg. Removed chip. Truck runs smooth.
