Had issues with our ram truck and they were able to help. We were on our way to Canada and a Regen needed to be forced on our Truck. The service team was great and we appreciated their help

I purchased a New Jeep Renegade from Thornton Brothers and had issues from the third day I owned it. After six months it completely stopped running. They initially claimed it got stuck by lightning and the warranty was voided by the manufacturer. Over a year later they looked it over once more and gave me paperwork stating that there is no evidence of external voltage such as lightning ever entering the vehicle.
