Service and staff were very nice. It was great that I had a loaner vehicle.

That time of the year inspection,oil change a light repair,battery one vehicle new tires needed guys are on it Brian,Phil,Lyle are awesome they are straight foward and do their best to get jobs done. Would recommend Thornton's in Dover PA to everyone won't hurt to check them out even bought a vehicle from them they all are a great team. Thanks guys for the great service appreciate you all.
Made the appt online only to be called to be told earliest availability is 2 weeks later than selected on the website. I said ok, but better have your online scheduling fixed. After a brief hold, was told they'd take me the day I had originally scheduled. Thank you for accommodating the original request. Car was serviced without issue. Thanks.
