I took my car in 4 weeks ago and they are still not done with it when they said it was estimated to be done in 3 days. I also was told they would keep me up to date with everything but they never texted or called. If I wanted an update on my car I had to call them where I was constantly sent to voicemail!
This is my second review. This first review I gave was 4 stars, but since that review my car has need more service. I bought my car in March of 2026 and I have had to send it in for service 4 times. Had I not gotten a $3,000 warranty on my car I would have been in big trouble financially. The breaks/rotors on my car were said to be in the yellow just below the green, but a mechanic friend of mine has since looked and said my front rotors should be replaced. My transmission and alternator have gone out, both needing replaced.... read more
