They treat us like family and love our dogs even when they’re rambunctious and hard to handle sometimes. But our oldest loves going and is so excited every time. Dr. Benson is very sweet and a great new addition to the team!
I took my dog in this morning & told them it was our first visit there, but had a few questions to ask before leaving my pet, & was asked by the authoritarian postured lady at the counter if I had an appointment? I then asked if I needed one, which she replied "yes". I said OK, then left! That was my 1st time experience as a prospected customer that I had to make an appt to ask questions before I spent my money! I won't be back.
Caring and excellent staff. I wish I could add extra stars. They are most certainly 5+ stars. They care so much and do so much for our pet family !!!
Had a great first-time experience, and I could tell that Boots (my cat) felt safe. The staff were super friendly and provided expert, professional service, making sure I understood everything. I look forward to seeing you guys for Boots’ future needs!
