The best clinic Very friendly honest love taking my dog here and he loves it
Our reactive french bulldog boston is a patient at Thornton Animal clinic and recently had surgery. Not only did they ensure he had a safe surgery, they also made sure I knew he was in the best place possible for a reactive dog by listening and suggesting helpful things every step of the way. All follow up care has been exceptional and he is doing fantastic! Thank you to the entire Team , Louie and Hank and I love you!!!
I have been using Thornton Animal Clinic since I started my Dog Rescue, Tails From The Crate Inc. in August. The staff have been wonderful. Not only are they welcoming, kind, accommodating and patient, there communication is by far the most professional I have ever seen. Dr. Nickerson is thorough and has been exceptional with our foster families but more importantly with our dogs in our care. We appreciate the dedication and love put into the care provided. Front desk staff are slow and don't know how to acknowledge a customer when they walk in. I understand if there's already a customer, but staff should be more sensible to other waiting customers and not take their sweet time, knowing that they have been waiting a long time. The vet doesn't know what she's doing. I took my dog in for an opinion, it took forever to receive a quote for a procedure that wasn't even necessary, especially after consulting with another vet. Will not go back.
