If a 10 star existed I would rate this a good 10. The best staff and the best environment! The team goes full in on making it a comfortable experience for you and your pets. Very very good with anxious and high energy animals! Have recommended this place to so many people. You won’t find another vet like this so come here everyone
Exceptional support and honest guidance! Navigating a new diagnosis for my dog was overwhelming, but Dr. Nickerson took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. I reached out with questions about my dog’s recent diagnosis looking for another opinion and they were incredibly transparent about the options available, including pricing and financial considerations. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines medical expertise with genuine empathy, but this one does it beautifully.
I just wanted to share a big thank you ! to Dr. Stephanie Nickerson & her staff for helping our Beloved Casper with his passing. They are very understanding to the love we feel for our pets & making the most heart breaking experience a very calming one for us & more importantly our family pet. Highly recommend Thornton Animal clinic for all your pets needs.
Wow!! What an experience ! The entire staff that we interacted with were just fantastic! Dr. Nickerson is so caring, reasuring and knowledgeable. All this and a reasonable cost!
