One of the worse experience of my life. i was delay about 20 min and i already call and let them know and when i arrived there i asked how long it will take they told me after 2 patient you can go but they make me wait for 1 and half hour and when doctor started to do check, she didn’t checked me properly, when i was explaining everything she told me i have other patient to check but i have booked for standard service and they didn’t did anything. Rude behaviour and racist.
Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere, money hungry medical centre
Doctor Veerla is a very kind, empathetic and gentle GP. My family and I have seen him for many years and we have felt very cared for. Wish there was a GP like him in Sydney.
Reception was rude.
Dr Venkata should have her medical liscence revoked. My experience was traumatic to say the least.
