I’ve been going to this med centre for around 15 years. After 5 or more times, I’ve not able to get the medication as only One Doctor can write scripts. So when sick, holidays I can’t get my medication. Don’t let me know so I can get a script, post dated scripts, even repeats were not supplied. And they don’t care! I’ve raised this issue on multiple occasions…yet! The Loc family are very nice people and the doctors are great. No practice management either, thus no Higher aurthority to talk too

My 3 month old son was booked an appt and the morning of was called and told we need to do a cold test as he has a slight cough. I was not doing this and was advised that the ones for their age are hard to source. I now cannot get my son in anywhere for an appointment and he needs to be seen regarding an issue that had nothing to do with his slight cough. This should be noted when making the appointment not the morning of when I could have called other practices and gotten in when someone cancelled. This is extremely inconve... read more
Waited for 15mins, doctor talk to me for 1min and not sure about my case. After 1min of talking their still charge me $90 for nothing. Good thing I had Medicare to pay $40 bcoz im not going to pay $90 for nothing.
Julie Paxton here. I have been with Thornlie Medical for 12 years. Doctor Sandra Lok is wonderful! She's Patience, and really listens. Today was no different. Well done Dr. Sandra and team. Oh, I got my husband to come to Thornlie Medical too.
