Have been going to this medical centre for 7 years and have always been very happy with the care and professionalism from doctors, nurses and administrative staff. Appointments are easy to make and they always try to fit me in if it’s an urgent matter.
The staff at Thornlie Medical Centre are very friendly and ready to assist with any requirements. I am very satisfied - if I cannot see my very busy doctor I can be seen by another and that is always convenient. Thank you for all your caring.
Visited for my first ever skin check. The doctor was super friendly, thorough, provided all the information I needed, listened attentively without interupting and was able to do a skin biospy same visit so i didnt have to go back and get it done! I did find the front reception a bit loud and not very discrete when talking to patients. They also didnt prioritise patients coming in and out as well as could have been handled. This could be improved but overal, I would return and recommend for skin check 100%
