Receptionist is a young male who gets irritated when you ask to clarify your item number on your receipt (for health insurance purposes), and worse, RAISES his voice at you when you request for an eftpos receipt. Thankfully, there were also other patients in the waiting area to witness this shocking level of unprofessionalism. I see Dr Homayoun Ghojavand for the last two years, I’m 75 years old and he look after me very well, he is very friendly and he care about patients, I’m highly recommended
Dr. Ghojavand is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and supported. I always feel confident in the care I receive here. Highly recommend!
