I and many of my friends and associates have been doing business with Paul and crew for many years now ,,,,,Its hard to find a good mechanic these days but Paul has extremely good knowledge and very high integrity ,,,serviced multiple vehicles for myself and others ,,always reliable and a great outcome ,,very professional and friendly ,,,you can have full confidence doing buisness with Thornleigh car care AAAA+
Overpriced & poor communication. Charged literally a AUD 1,000 mark-up on parts (a basic tail light fitting) without reason. Very disappointing - Wont be using these guys again.
Caused more problems with my vehicles and refused to work on or try fix it. Costed me a new alternator due to faulty electrical work. No responsibility and very you and inexperienced mechanics. 0 stars.
