Recently had my car repaired here and have to say, "what a fabulous, professional and reliable company "! Lilly-Rose was so helpful in organising the repair dates and pick up, my car looks brand new, a fast repair job and a huge shout out to the person that washed my car, what a fabulous job!! They got on with what needed to be done so I could get the car back asap.
They were appointed by Allianz to check my car, but when I got there, they refused to check. And said I need to make mechanics report by myself. When I went back to Allianz, Allianz siad Thoenleigh Auto Body said potential steering problem will not be caused by knocking from the rear. I am not a professional, but my conclusions from experience with them are that: 1. They don't do mechanics checks, including allignment check. So don't go to see them for allignment problems. 2.
