Five stars, well earned. This was a complex modern Swedish vehicle, and the repair work itself — aside from one subsequent hiccup — was outstanding from the outset, and now, following resolution, simply perfect. The car was returned within the promised timeframe and beautifully detailed for handover. The hiccup was a glitch in the new door lock systems, where the passenger side mechanism wouldn’t communicate correctly with the vehicle, locking out access entirely. Very poor workmanship, paint has bubbles and drip marks running down the bonnet. Bull bar lights and accessories were not wired back in after repair, also bonnet and front bumper is way out of alignment. Repairs were that bad it is currently at another smash repair shop having all their works fixed.
Recently had my car repaired here and have to say, "what a fabulous, professional and reliable company "! Lilly-Rose was so helpful in organising the repair dates and pick up, my car looks brand new, a fast repair job and a huge shout out to the person that washed my car, what a fabulous job!! Thank you so much. Thanks to everyone, the process was seamless and I would highly recommend this company.
