Thornhill Pharmacy filled tacrolimus for my toddler, who is post-liver transplant and immunosuppressed. This is the third time they have failed to fill his prescription on time due to their own internal communication failures. The prescription was complete and unambiguous every time. Love this place! Customer service is great, always easy to talk to the compounding pharmacy. Fidel has helped me with supplements and prescriptions!
Have tried to use Thornhill twice. Both times they "never received" the prescriptions from the doctors office, even though the office told me they sent it multiple times. First time was an antibiotic my son needed. After the 3rd time the doctors office sent it over, I had them change to Walgreens and had it in about 30 minutes. Thornhill calls a week later and says, "Your prescription is ready." The 2nd time a different doctor says they sent it in twice, yet Thornhill still hasn't received it.
