I’ve been using Thornhill’s Pharmacy since opening on 82nd Street. I’ve been greeted with a smile every time both inside and at the drive up window. Staff has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to replace my meds after I stupidly left them in other towns while traveling. The facility and staff are both warm and inviting.
So pleasant and helpful. Really thankful for the fast and quality service today!
Lovely old fashioned pharmacy. People are friendly. Drive thru, pick up, or delivery. Dr called scripts in and they were ready late the next day. They instructed me to put one of my meds in the fridge. It was a refill I've been on for awhile and no one ever told me to refrigerate. It's no wonder my previous pills seemed not to work well the last week of my bottle. So glad they told me!
Friendly staff. Better than any others pharmacy in town. I never have issues with my meds being out of stock.
My first experience was unremarkable.. as in it wasn’t great or bad.. I’m not sure why my DR sends it here instead of my preferred pharmacy but i guess that’s a question for her.. Today I went in, I noticed a young woman named Callie (or however you spell it) at the front desk helping someone in front of me.. Her mannerisms and snooty attitude was very apparent.
