We took our 2-month-old baby for his first vaccinations, and while the nurse was absolutely wonderful — kind, gentle, and very professional — the experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and clearly unhappy with her job. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with parents and babies, this may not be the right role for them. Taken well care. Made a on date appointment . Doctor and stuffs are patient and kind.
Nurse(kalista) was very rude to our kids. If you hate kids , please don’t work at a place where you have to deal with them.
This is the first appointment out our 5 that we’ve had a bad experience. We were there on-time and the nurse was 25 mins late and didn’t even care to apologize or explain her lateness. Didn’t have any compassion for our kids, and rushed over the vaccination information (probably because she was running behind) and what’s funny was that she took her time to explain the fluoride option available for kids under 3 which was odd because the vaccination is what’s more important to parents. 1st time calling this centre and I will not be going there. Whoever picked my call shouldn’t be working a front desk cause she was so rude, trying to make me look stupid while she wasn’t listening to what I was requesting.
