Do not move here!!! I’ve had nothing but issues from the very first day of moving in but of course, I couldn’t just go back to where I previously was being that I came here from somewhere 2 hours away and turned in keys at my previous home. The doors and the locks on every door was broken. The apartment was full of bugs, literally there is severe mold and water damage I asked a numerous amount of times for the apartment to be sprayed for bugs especially crickets, water bugs, centipedes, ladybugs, you name it. I toured Companion at Thornhill with Theresa and was so impressed. The community has a beautiful, calm energy that feels like a retreat from the city. I loved the expanded amenities—especially the 24-hour fitness center with the Peloton and the newly renovated clubhouse. The grounds are meticulously maintained, featuring scenic walking trails and an exceptional dog park with agility equipment. If you’re looking for a peaceful environment with premium features in Lexington, I highly recommend touring with Theresa! Izzy

Margaret is so kind, approachable, and truly knows the property like the back of her hand! Companion at Thornhill is in a perfect location in downtown Lexington, just down the road from all the local bars and restaurants. It is so convenient to be able to walk to various hubs, including the Lexington Amphitheater for community activities and Lexington Mill Pond right down the street. It’s a fantastic location!
