Some female receptionist’s are incredibly rude and act as is if they’re guarding the chamber of secrets. You ask a simple question and get cocky, rude responses. All of the younger receptionist’s are incredibly approachable and helpful. The older ones, horrible. Most of the doctors are great. The reception team need a decent talking to on how to speak to the public.

I've been with the surgery for all of my 42 years and I'm absolutely fed up with them. It is always a battle to get an appointment and when you do, you have to wait at least a fortnight. Last year I was unwell for a long time I felt like I had little to no support. When I finally manged to see a GP, the most they'd do is order bloods (I'd have to wait up to a month for the blood test) and when they came back clear, had no other follow up and left me to it. Called the surgery to get an appointment for my granddaughter today spoke with Sophia who was very polite understanding and very professional, and got an appointment for this afternoon which is very rare same day . The other receptionists need to take a leaf out of Sophia’s book and learn how to speak to people .
