I've been with the surgery for all of my 42 years and I'm absolutely fed up with them. It is always a battle to get an appointment and when you do, you have to wait at least a fortnight. Last year I was unwell for a long time I felt like I had little to no support. When I finally manged to see a GP, the most they'd do is order bloods (I'd have to wait up to a month for the blood test) and when they came back clear, had no other follow up and left me to it. Called the surgery to get an appointment for my granddaughter today spoke with Sophia who was very polite understanding and very professional, and got an appointment for this afternoon which is very rare same day . The other receptionists need to take a leaf out of Sophia’s book and learn how to speak to people .
Saw some of the reviews online and was a bit worried about approaching the receptionist but the lady there at the time (Sandra I think) was really friendly and helpful. As was Dan, the physio I saw.
