I was behind in filing taxes for 12 yrs. Horrible experience. Everything is fine while you’re there but if anything needs to be followed up on, good luck getting in contact with anyone. Had an amendment that was done by Gloria and not only was it done wrong and needed corrections, but she just decided never to email or call, causing me to take it upon my self to contact her for approximately 3 months. After all was said and done I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company.
