Extremely poor customer service. Never shipped an order of mine. I called, emailed and left a voicemail and no response or refund was granted. I’ll be filing with the BBB.
From the perspective of using Thorne as a monthly subscription service... my experience was absolutely horrible, frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. Two customer service contacts and forms were sent via email and no reply. Five phone calls to talk to representatives, used call back VM service, nope that didn't work, waiting on hold the other times from 24-31 minutes and gave up. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the customer service team at Thorne for their kindness and professionalism. Over the past 10 days, I experienced some technical issues with my subscription order not going through properly, and I had to reorder individually. Throughout it all, every agent I spoke with was patient, polite, and genuinely focused on helping me find a resolution.
