Extremely disappointed with Thorne. It’s been three days, and I still have no update on my order. No one has responded to my emails, chats, or calls. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the representative who finally answered couldn’t provide any information about my order. The products may be backed by science, but there are other companies that value both quality and customer service.
Top quality vitamins and supplements, all are 3rd party tested and customer service is excellent answered my questions in detail. I’m switching all of my vitamins and supplements to Thorne.

I ordered from them through Amazon. They sent me the wrong product and would not replace or refund.
As a small business owner, I am loathe to leave any negative reviews but this company is the worst. We ordered our supplements and read that we should receive our order in 5 business days. It took nearly 3 weeks and we live in NYC. Upon calling to check up on the status, we had to speak with the rudest and most impatient person over the phone.
