As a small business owner, I am loathe to leave any negative reviews but this company is the worst. We ordered our supplements and read that we should receive our order in 5 business days. It took nearly 3 weeks and we live in NYC. Upon calling to check up on the status, we had to speak with the rudest and most impatient person over the phone. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never use them ever again the women are so rude over the phone and they are not willing to find a solution. I placed an order it was supposed to take 3-5 days now it’s taking over 8 days and I still didn’t get my prenatal vitamins which are crucial to take during pregnancy. Avoid at any cost.

I called customer service and the woman on the phone was completely rude, talked over me, wouldn’t tell me her name, then hung the phone up on me. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience with a company before and I’ll be reviewing this online and letting people know how you conduct business.

Can’t judge their creatine fairly cause I never received. It’s been stuck in the same spot according to my shipping. Have received no update by the company even though I’ve been charged and have reached out twice to customer service…crickets. Go ahead and buy from them but it seems like a risk. UPDATE: They did reach out to me after reaching out to them and this review and finally received my package so do take this one star with a grain of salt. Product itself doesn’t mix all that well.
