Great product but one star customer service. God help you if you need customer service. When you call, you get put in a queue and wait for over 30 minutes, if you leave your name and phone number for a callback, no callback. This has happened several times. Very disappointed in this company was such a reputable product.

I didn’t see any clear disclosure that the Vitamin D-10,000 is derived from sheep wool (lanolin), potentially sourced from China. This was not obvious to me, and I initially believed the product was vegan, which is disappointing.

I have been using Thorne creatine for the past 2 years. I have bought it directly from Thorne Research and from other sites. I prefer to purchase directly. This time around I once again placed my order directly through Thorne. Days later I did not receive my order and realized I never received a confirmation email from Thorne. Some how the supplements I ordered were forwarded to another address in the state I reside. I reached out to the company to clarify they had the correct address and maybe this was an error on the USPS. Nothing. Crickets. No response from company. I immediately canceled my subscription. Silence is a way of saying "our company has poor customer support"

Very scammy! Their website login doesn't work most of the time. They make it impossible to unsubscribe to subscriptions online. The only way is to contact them but they don't respond.
