Their prices are more than fair and they genuinely care about the animals in their care. They are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I am happy that I transferred.

Update June 15- the vet reached out and resolved this issue. I appreciate her taking the time to understand and rectify my concerns. Thank you for reaching out! Be aware of the Hidden fees even if you call and they tell you there will be no hidden fees. Went for an ear cleaning was told it was going to be $22 on the phone and I specifically asked about any other fees, walk in fees etc, and nope $22.00 I was told. when I checked out it was $61!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kathleen and her staff here. Especially Jessica, the RVT, she is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. From annual vaccines to major operations, I'd never trust anyone else with my fur babies. I really appreciate how upfront and transparent they are about costs.
