Great stock friendly helpfully staff thanks
By far the worst place I've ever been to, Where do i start. Rude staff other than the worksop mechanic the guys at the counter have no customer service skills at all. The place needs a tidy up. He wanted £5 for 2 bolts which went even the correct size i would have had to cut them down. I replaced the wheel bearings on my motorcycle (they failed on the front) front and rear then was told I was doing the wrong things. Had my bike for 5 weeks saying it's going to be next week every time I call and that the guy sorting the bike is not in till later on this is at least 10 times I've called and got the same excuse . Not being funny but why tell me it will be 1 week and 5 weeks later tell me it's going to be next week again . genuinely never going here again it's cost me money to get the bike up to them and is going to cost me to go collect the bike that is in the same state I give it thorncraft over 5 weeks ago now so I'm out of pocket and my... read more
