The quality and craftmanship and the entire customer experience has well exceed my expectations. Brian is a master in his field. We had two 20 year old sofas and had them reupholstered, they look amazing and you would never think that this is our existing sofas. Super friendly, super professional! My seat covers for leather sofa seemed too small for the cushions that were inside of them and zips were broken. They were replaced in a short time for a very reasonable price. Thanks Thorncraft & Darby Upholstery
