Was excellent visit with Dr Leung and Pam!!! Highly recommend come here.
It was a great experience going there for my little one. The assistants at the back were really helpful and taking care well and Dr. Leong was so patience to look around my son's mouth. The front desk was awesome and helping to fill out forms. Thank you for being soo awesome.
Overall, I felt treated more like a source of payment than as a patient, and I dont think there was much accountability for services rendered. I was disappointed with the level of care at this clinic. I hoped for convenient and reliable care, but this clinic left me feeling unsupported and unsure about the quality of care I was receiving. Do NOT GO to this clinic. They will overbill. I went in for a cleaning last Nov. Specifically told them to use my husband's insurance and we paid the balance with credit card. They then went ahead to also bill my previous insurance for same amount . The insurance company initially sent the funds in error to them and when they asked them to return it, they have been delaying. Dr. Leong has always been a professional wonderful Doctor and I am blessed to have her as my Dentist. The whole staff (consisting of Lerma, Jeevan and Cris) was also awesome, very organized and helpful to the patients. I am very satisfied and happy with Thorncliffe Family Dental. Highly recommended!
