I came in an hour before they closed with an extreme sore throat. As I was asking the receptionist if they could see me a nurse barked from behind the counter “NO” before the receptionist could even answer from where she was standing with a bunch of other nurses. It felt so jarring and uncaring and very rude. I was thinking of switching to this medical center for a family doctor but that experience turned me off on how they treat patiences.
I'm grateful every time I go to the doctor. He treats me very well and always makes an effort to understand me. He's the best Doctor I've ever had.
Had a very bad experience here, and unfortunately, it’s still ongoing. Even with a scheduled appointment, we always end up waiting at least an hour before seeing a doctor. Every single time. The doctor is often just sitting in the next room and can clearly hear patients waiting — yet nothing is done to respect our time or concerns. Worse still, no matter what you come in for — even if you have serious symptoms — they often dismiss it and say everything is fine, without referring you to a specialist or doing proper check-ups.... read more
If I could give zero stars without hesitation, I would give them zero stars for their customer service and behavior. They are extremely rude and have no understanding of what customer service means. I hope they learn something beyond just business; they should understand how to treat patients and how to behave with people. They need to learn how to be employees. Do not go to the clinic. The doctor female doctor there does not listen to Her patients at all. She didn't even believe me that I had a blood clot. She's like, oh I don't think that's a blood clot. I had to ask her for an ultrasound. Requisition, form, do not go to this clinic. And then when the ultrasound results came back that I had a blood clot, she didn't want to prescribe anything, but not even napraxing, right at all.
