Have been using this garage for about 10 years, my car was serviced last year and there was such a little amount of oil in it that it didn't register on the dip stick I filled it up myself and left it as bad luck. The same happened this year! As the car is barely driven. I'm very busy and my father went up there(he has 30years as a mechanic)he was told he was lieing about the fact there was no oil in the engine(with proof). Will never use again ...

My clutch suddenly gave out on Tuesday evening, leaving me with no car for work. I called Thornbury Motors the next morning and they booked me in for 2 weeks time, compared to other garages, this was the soonest date so I accepted it. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so lovely. Andy managed my expectations straight off the bat regarding price and time. He called me 4 days later saying it was done and also completed another job that was needed. Saviors!
As usual, I was able to discuss all work required while making a booking for service and MOT at a suitable date. Extra repairs (minor advisories) required from the MOT were fully explained and costs identified together with a timescale to complete. Excellent customer service particularly from Andy in Parts and Andrew in Reception.
