I used this companies hot tub maintenance service for so much longer than I should have. I gave them a TON of business and was ridiculously overcharged for everything, particularly bi-weekly hot tub maintenance checks. They use way too much chemicals and after using a cap , maybe two max, charge for a full bottle. Have since switched and am charged 40% less for the same service, but I a far better job and my tub doesn’t smell like a bleach pond anymore. There are much better options available in the area.

I am so impressed with Preston and his team at Thornbury Clear Choice Pools and Spas. They are professional, courteous, responsive and they do great work. I recently had a sensor issue with my new heater and within less than 24 hours they were on site, assessed the issue, got the part installed and we are back swimming. Wouldn't go anywhere else for servive, supplies and maintenance. Gary Scullion Thornbury, Ontario.

Called for a hot tub repair. Was told that I would be on a call back list, however after a second call and advised that I would be called. No one has called me back to date. All good anyways as it looks like I fixed it myself.
