BUYER BEWARE We recently approached Preston from Thornbury Clear Choice to purchase a Northern Hot tub and settled on buying the Huron LE model. This turned out to be a bad decision on our behalf for the following reasons: 1. The installation crew arrived with our new tub and removed the old one from our back yard. I used this companies hot tub maintenance service for so much longer than I should have. I gave them a TON of business and was ridiculously overcharged for everything, particularly bi-weekly hot tub maintenance checks. They use way too much chemicals and after using a cap , maybe two max, charge for a full bottle. Have since switched and am charged 40% less for the same service, but I a far better job and my tub doesn’t smell like a bleach pond anymore. There are much better options available in the area.

I am so impressed with Preston and his team at Thornbury Clear Choice Pools and Spas. They are professional, courteous, responsive and they do great work. I recently had a sensor issue with my new heater and within less than 24 hours they were on site, assessed the issue, got the part installed and we are back swimming.
